Entries will be accepted and processed by JudoScotland. Entries will only be accepted if they are paid online or returned on official Grand Prix entry forms and are accompanied with the correct payment to the JudoScotland office. The organisers have an obligation to refuse entry to the competition to anyone who does not hold a current JudoScotland (or BJA) license. Late entries will not be accepted and organisers reserve the right to close the entry early if the maximum number of entrants has been reached. Organisers also reserve the right to combine weight categories.
Entries returned after the closing date can be accepted at the discretion of the organisers, however there is no obligation to do so. Please note that refunds will also be at the discretion of the event organisers. A waiting list will be used for late entries to ensure the smooth running of the event – this does not guarantee entry into the event.
Grand Prix points will be awarded to players that are placed 1st ,2nd ,3rd (x2) in their weight category. The better the placing the more points obtained by the player. The Grand Prix points will be collated by JudoScotland and placed on the website for players, parents and coaches to see.
