The journey is never over with some of the top coaches in the world always looking for that next piece of vital information to help them help their athletes.

From Safeguarding courses through to Inspiring Positive Behaviour in Sport, there are courses to suit all needs. There are a selection of free courses, including their Mental Health for Sport and Physical Activity course which is usually £18 but is free until 31st Aug 2020, and if you are interested in further learning, you can join for a small fee of £24 per year and have access to all of the resources on their site.

This is a fantastic European project that is lead by the charismatic Dr. Sergio Lara-Bercial. ICoachKids has a great online learning platform which provides access to their iCoachKids TV and also to their free e-learning MOOCS (Massive Open Online Courses. This movement brings experts from all over the world specifically to work within the remit of kids coaching. The Open University has around 1000 FREE courses that you can access and many of them are sports related courses. If you click the link above you can browse one of the eight categories on offer, the first being Health, Sports & Psychology. Remember to get in touch with our People Development executive if you are completing any courses that you feel will enhance your coaching and it may count towards your revalidation.
The world’s leading source of performance psychology, well-being and mental health content for the sport community. It has a great selection of infographics you can use within the club as well as a number of courses in mental health, training plans and lots of articles covering a wide range of psychological health topics.
There are also some courses available from the UKAD to raise awareness about coaching clean athletes. The programme that is linked is free and is split into four core modules, explaining the principles of clean sport and essential anti-doping information with the role of the Advisor linked throughout.

As well as their Podcast John Fletcher and Russell Earnshaw provide coaching resources and facilitate a sharing platform for coaches to share their thoughts and ideas.
Stuart Armstrong hosts this podcast with some fantastic experts from a variety of sports. Each session gives you an insight into a different area of sports coaching and there is something for all levels.
