Return to Sport: Additional Club SupportPosted: 29/07/2020
As part of the continuing journey to the full return of Judo within Scotland, JudoScotland are delighted to be able to share with member Clubs templates for two important support documents for use by Clubs.
These documents will assist Clubs in the effective organisation and delivery of Judo-related sessions – under the current Scottish Government Phase 3 guidance (copy of current Judo-specific guidance Here) - with the health, safety and wellbeing of participating judoka at the very core of this activity.
Phase 3 Supporting Documents
The two supporting documents comprise:
- A Risk Assessment Checklist to support the appointed Club COVID-19 Officer and;
- A Covid-19 Indemnity Form to support both the Club and participants in ensuring that those attending any organised session(s) are actually safe to do so in the current climate.
The above supporting documentation will be emailed to designated Club COVID-19 Officer’s over the next few days.
Club COVID-19 Officer
If any JudoScotland member Club has yet to identify and nominate their COVID-19 Officer, please forward the following details to email@example.com at an early juncture:
- Judo Club name;
- COVID-19 Officer name;
- COVID-19 Officer contact details: email address; telephone number.
Please remember that all Clubs are required to identify a COVID-19 Officer before the delivery of any judo-related physical activity.
