DESCRIPTION:Developing star qualities in Scottish Judoka\nWelcome to the brand new event for 2022 The Scottish All Stars Championship. An event focused on providing a fun experience that appropriately challenges the young judoka. The aim is to maximise the time on the mat whilst introducing the competitive elements of judo. There are many elements to competitive Judo that are beneficial to individuals’ development from the application of contest rules and the consequence of breaking them to the feeling and coping with ‘pressure’.
