Kata Course Kodokan Goshin Jutsu

This is an excellent chance for Judoka to truly grasp the essence of this Kata and understand how the foundational principles of Judo can effectively counter different forms of attack from an opponent. Whether unarmed or facing an opponent armed with a staff (Jo), knife (Tanto), or gun (Kenju), participants will learn invaluable lessons in defence.

All proceeds will support ID World Judo Champion Chris Murphy as he seeks to enhance his training and competitive skills in Japan, in preparation for defending his title later this year.
