Price
Junior (Under 8)
Junior (Under 8) membership is available to members aged four to seven and is renewable annually. Where the member is aged seven when taking out this membership they may take part in competitive judo after their eighth birthday.

Junior Membership
Junior membership is available to players aged between eight and fifteen years old (inclusive) and is renewable annually.

Senior Membership
Senior Membership is issued to members aged sixteen and over, and is renewable annually.

Family Memberships
Family Memberships – which include Kids Under 8, Kids Junior and Kids Mixed – these are for family combinations:
Kids Under 8 : Two Children under 8

Nationally Recognised Grading Scheme
As a JudoScotland member, you will be able to make the most of the nationally recognised grading scheme. Whether that be a junior member in the club or as a senior member looking to achieve a dan grade. Junior members will receive certificates and badges for their Kai and Mon grades as part of their membership.
JudoScotland Competitions
From festivals to the Scottish Open, your JudoScotland membership will allow you to enter competitions suitable for your age and stage.
Access to Performance Coaching Support
Judoka who meet the qualification criteria will have access to performance coaching support.
National Squad Selection
JudoScotland members will be eligible for National Squad selection including Cadet, Junior, Senior and Master.
Subsidised Coach Education/Revalidation Workshops
JudoScotland members will receive subsidised support to become a coach or maintain their coaching qualification through revalidation workshops and training.
Opportunity And Support To Progress Through Various Volunteer Pathways
Judo is about so much more than just what happens on the mat. As a JudoScotland member, you will be eligible to receive support and training to progress in refereeing and competition control.
Please note: Certain membership benefits are unavailable on a provisional JudoScotland membership (e.g. Grading). To receive the full range of JudoScotland membership benefits, you will need to upgrade your membership. Any time remaining at the point of upgrading will automatically be added to your first full membership.

JudoScotland values the hard work of our member clubs without whom we wouldn’t be able to develop Judo in Scotland.
