First Aid
It is a requirement for all coaches to hold a First Aid Qualification and they must also renew this qualification every three years from date of issue. Both JudoScotland and BJA accept coaches attending an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course and completing a renewal course once the three year period has ended. Once this next three year period has ended the coach then has to attend another full (EFAW) course in person.
