Do you have what it takes to be Scottish National Closed Champion 2023? Scottish Judoka will return to Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facilities for a day of exciting Judo!
Weigh-in Times:
Friday Night: 6.00-7.30pm for all Categories or alternatively
Saturday at the following times:
A band 8.15-8.45
B Band 9.30-10.00
C Band 10.30-11.00
Junior & Senior 12.30-1.00pm
If you weigh in on Friday evening, you do not need to weigh in on Saturday.

Juniors Return to the Scottish National Closed Championship!
To help JudoScotland establish a Junior Squad in 2024, we are pleased to announce the return of the Junior Category to the Scottish National Closed Championship 2023.
In addition to establishing the 2024 squad, the junior category will provide Scottish Judoka more match experience ahead of the 2023 British Championships. On analysing event data from the 2022 Scottish National Championships & 2023 Scottish Open we believe there is scope to develop this category.
This addition will provide the following extra opportunities:
Cadets: Will be able to compete in the Cadets and Juniors and/or Seniors
Juniors: Will be able to compete in the Juniors and Seniors
Event Suitability
The Scottish National Closed Championship is intended to provide judoka with an appropriate level of competition. This event is suitable for those that are at the progression (minors and pre-cadets), developing athletes (cadets & seniors) and athletes stage (seniors) within the JudoScotland Player Development Framework. Please speak to your club coach before entering to ensure this event is suitable for you.
