Talent Development Squad
The JudoScotland Talent Development (TD) programme is the first step for many Judoka on the JudoScotland Performance Programme. Aimed at Judoka aged 10 to 15the programme aims to nurture young athletes to achieve their potential through suitable training and competition experiences appropriate for their age and stage.
The JudoScotland Performance Pathway aims to develop players, whilst giving valuable life
experiences. JudoScotland operate two Talent Development Squads – The Talent Development Squad (TD) & The Talent Development Pathway Squad (TDP)
Entry Process
The intake for the TD programme takes place annually through an application process. Full details can be found here.

THE JUDOSCOTLAND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
The JudoScotland Player Development Framework is a guide to turning fun physical activity into sport for life. Developed as part of the wider JudoScotland Blueprint, the framework is designed to support coaches and individuals to achieve their potential within Judo and more widely in sports in general.
