National Kyu and Dan & Master National 1st Kyu and Dan Grading

Important Information

• You must have a current JudoScotland or BJA Membership to enter a grading event. All theory assessments will be conducted at the start of the day; this will be followed by a formal welcome with all participants from the theory exam and competitive grading.
• The expected finish time is 4 pm approximately and all participants within the Dan grading MUST make themselves available for contests until the Senior Examiners close the proceedings. Failure to adhere to this may result in the non-validation of the points you have attained.
• Any candidate presenting themselves for a Technical Dan Grade assessment should familiarise themselves with British Judo’s guidelines.
• Depending on the specific grade, the candidate may require several assessments to complete the required technical content.

Due to the change of venue for JudoScotland National Kyu and Dan Grading this Sunday 27^th August, the Director of Examiners has taken the decision to change the timings of the event to reduce waiting times.

9.45-10.15am check in for 1^st Kyu Men & Dan Grade Men

Formal bow on 10.30am for the above

10.00 Theory for Female and Masters

11.30-12.00am check in for all Females and all Male Masters
