Behind every great judo event is an incredible team of people who make the magic happen. From the first weigh-in to the final medal presentation, our volunteers help create unforgettable experiences for judoka, coaches, clubs and families across Scotland.

JudoScotland is on the lookout for enthusiastic new Game Changers to join our event workforce and help us deliver fantastic judo events across the country.
Whether you’re a judoka, parent, coach, former competitor or simply someone who wants to get involved, there’s a place for you on our team!
What could you get involved in?
- Welcoming competitors and checking in entries
- Supporting weigh-ins and licence checks
- Timekeeping and competition systems
- Helping with medal presentations
- Supporting field of play teams
- Helping set up and prepare our events
Never volunteered before? No problem! Many roles require no previous experience, and we’ll provide the training, guidance and support you need to get started.
